The site was complex being covered in trees, vegetation and steep banks, and required the involvement of a topographical survey to identify the proposed boundary of the site. From this data captured we produced a Title Plan to enable the land to be registered.

Planning Application for 14x flats

C W Johnson Limited Chartered Surveyors are pleased to have been instructed to prepare planning drawings and submit a detailed planning application with supporting documents for a block of residential flats in East Norfolk. The site comprised a redundant warehouse on a brownfield site and the proposal will breathe new life into the site as well as providing much needed residential accommodation in the area. The site is in a flood risk zone and consideration has been given to this in the design proposal. The project required liaising with flood risk and ecology professionals as well as the Fire Service and Local Authority Planning Department.

We are pleased to say that the scheme received full planning permission from the Local Authority and we look forward to developing the scheme to Building Regulations stage and seeing the site developed in the near future.
