C W Johnson Limited Chartered Surveyors are pleased to have been instructed to carry out a defect diagnosis assessment on a end terrace proeprty in Corpusty. The client contacted us about moisture ingress and some cracks in the external walls and required an assessment of the area and advice to provide reassurance. We were pleased to attend site to inspect the defect and provide a letter report of our findings. Where required we are also able to specify remedial works and work alongside contractors to action any repairs needed. We hope that our investigations offer some clarify to the client and options to consider for remedial works.
