Schedule of Condition of commercial unit

C W Johnson Limited Chartered Surveyors are pleased to have been instructed to carry out an internal and external Schedule of Condition as part of a new commercial lease agreement on this commercial unit. We were approached by the ingoing tenant to record the current condition of the premises in a Schedule which can be appended to the lease agreement. The Schedule can then be used at the end of the lease period when determining the extent of any claim for dilapidations (if any) resulting from repairs to the building fabric during the lease period. We wish the ingoing tenant all the very best with the commercial venture.
