C W Johnson Limited Chartered Surveyors are pleased to have been instructed to prepare planning drawings for a single residential dwelling on a garden plot in south Norfolk. The project brief required a design to suit the specific constraints of the site including an established tree on the west boundary and shared access to the south both of which have been retained. We are pleased to report that the application was granted consent and we look forward to seeing the site developed in the near future.
