C W Johnson Limited Chartered Surveyors are pleased to have been instructed to prepare planning drawings and supporting application for two new detached dwellings in Stow Bedon. Several changes were made to the permission in principle application suit the local market conditions with extensive negotiations with the Local Authority. We are pleased to report that the scheme has approved full planning consent at a time where many applications are being held up by Nutrient Neutrality issues across the district. We were successfully able to prove that the surface water discharge from this site discharged out of the nutrient control zones. We are pleased to say that works have commenced on site and look forward to providing two new bungalows to the open market in the near future.
