Planning Application and Building Regulations for residential extension and cart shed

C W Johnson Limited Chartered Surveyors are pleased to have been instructed to prepare planning drawings and submit a planning application with supporting documents for a loft conversion to habitable bedrooms; conversion of a ground floor carport to Utility Room; and a detached cart shed at this detached bungalow in Norfolk. The Client required enlarged accommodation to suit their needs. Several discussions were held over potential layout options based upon the clients brief, site specifics and practicalities of the scheme with consideration given to the existing structure and property design. We are pleased to say that planning permission was granted and we were further instructed to produce a Building Regulations package to include detailed drawings and supporting specification. The project has been granted full plans approval and we look forward to seeing the project developed in the near future.
