C W Johnson Limited Chartered Surveyors are pleased to have been instructed to prepare planning drawings for the extension of this existing garage in Great Yarmouth. The client required enlarged and improved garage facilities for the future running of their business. The works were complicated by the neighboring town wall which is a Scheduled Ancient Monument. Several discussions were held with the local Planning Authority based upon the clients brief, site specifics and practicalities of the scheme with consideration given to the existing structure and property design. We are pleased to say that the scheme has been granted planning consent and we look forward to seeing the project developed in the near future.
