C W Johnson Limited Chartered Surveyors are pleased to have been instructed to prepare planning drawings for extension and internal alterations of this existing Public House in Norfolk. Due to the closure of the village shop and Post Office in the village, the Public House has sought to incorporate these facilities within the Public House to provide a further community asset. Reordering of the existing toilet accommodation to achieve Equality facilities as well as a new space for the shop and Post Office achieves a layout and facilities for the benefit of the community and enhances the Public House. We are pleased that full support has been received from the Local Authority and permission granted. We look forward to seeing the project develop and the benefits provided to the community.
