C W Johnson Limited Chartered Surveyors are pleased to have been instructed to prepare Building Regulations drawings and supporting specification package for this residential chalet on the Norfolk Broads. The site is constrained and the need for timber cladding placed additional fire specification restrictions on the build and boundary features. The flood risk nature of the site also required piled foundations and a ground beam to support the structure.
